And on the other side of the world, a small Melbourne TFC hosted a WASPA event on the evening of September 16th.<\/p>\n

With some of the Usual Suspects away on national duties, a small field of five quickly became four as George <\/span>Theocharis<\/span><\/span> had to leave early upon receipt of some terrible news. Our thoughts are with you and your family during what must be a difficult period.<\/p>\n

The event carried on and at its conclusion, Anthony Madiona<\/span><\/span> was a deserved winner ahead of a fast finishing Nathan Kaz<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n

Mads put in some super displays and was very consistent across the course of the night. Special mention to Adam Deverell<\/span><\/span> who is showing rapid improvement after a long absence from the local Subbuteo scene.<\/p>\n

Thanks again to all the competitors who competed on the evening and keenly looking forward to the October event.<\/p>\n
