Australian Captain and Team Selector, Peter Thomas, has released a provisional list of the players who will make up the Australian Teams for next week’s Asian Cup.

The provisional Australian team for the National Team Tournaments:
* Benji Batten
* Robert Green
* Eliot Kennedy
* Luke Radziminski
* Peter Thomas
+ 1 player to be confirmed

The provisional Australia B team for the match against Singapore B:
* Hugh Best
* Adrian Connolly
* Franck Cozzarin
* Antonio Credentino
* Adrian Elmer
* Christos Garagounis
* Nathan Urbaniak
(one to be promoted to the Australian team)

These provisional teams are subject to change based on performances across the Individual and Club Teams events at the tournament. For the event, each team will contain 6 players.

The Australia Women’s team for the International friendly against Japan:
* Beth Eveleigh
* Imojjen Hunnam

This team will play simultaneous games against the Japan Women’s 2 player team, then swap opponents for the 2nd round, with the overall results of the 4 games determining the winner.

The teams were chosen from the players who are attending the Asian Cup and nominated to be considered. Teams Captain Peter Thomas is happy to discuss the selections, in confidence, with any player who would like to contact him.
